Stepping into the hotel felt like a delightful journey back to the 70s. The staff’s warmth stood out, and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a classic room.

Really enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the fantastic room climate control. The room was decorated beautifully and maintained perfectly. I was stunned by the attentive concierge who helped me navigate the city seamlessly!

Great stay in Shanghai!

Had a solid 5 nights here. Room was nice, loved the USB chargers and all the TV channels. The breakfast was super tasty, especially the fresh juices! One thing tho, the bathroom had this weird smell that didn’t vibe with the rest of the place. But overall, I really enjoyed my time and would totally recommend it.

Breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options. The elevators are extremely slow and outdated. Enjoyed happy hour with excellent cocktails in the club lounge. Room had clean, spacious furnishings but showed some age as well.

The suite was super spacious with a separate shower and bathtub. WiFi was fast and reliable. Breakfast had a huge selection of freshly made waffles, dumplings, and pastries. Fresh juices. A convenient 5-minute walk to the metro made exploring easy. The staff were attentive and super helpful!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the well-decorated room and the amazing breakfast that featured freshly made pastries and a great variety of dishes. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which made a big difference. However, I found the elevator service to be frustratingly slow at times.
